Experience

Manuel holds a double degree in Law and Economics from the Faculty of Law of San Pablo (CEU) and a Master’s Degree in Bankruptcy Law from the University of Malaga. He also holds a degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa.

Before joining Eugenio Luque Martínez to found LEM, Manuel worked in renowned law firms such as Antonio Checa Abogados and Medina Pinazo Abogados. His way of understanding and practising the profession led Manuel to join Eugenio Luque and Carlos Andrade to create Civil Four

His areas of expertise are banking law and litigation, and he also advises important construction and development companies in contracting processes.
