Manuel García Gómez, has a Law Degree from the University of Malaga and holds the title of University Expert in Creditors’ Meeting from the same University. He has extensive experience in civil, commercial and criminal law.
This experience comes not only from a deep theoretical knowledge of the different branches of law, but also from working in litigation in its most practical aspect for fifteen years in prestigious law firms, which has allowed him to provide advice to large companies, SMEs and individuals, corporations, and public and private law entities, representing financial institutions, insurance companies and companies in the construction sector.
He is member no. 6812 of the ICA Malaga and is a member of the Consumer Law Section, and is also a member of the Public Defence Bar.
